A Dagger Named Patience
One of my good friends and avid collector claimed this knife as his own almost 2 1/2 years ago. It has been one of those knives where I would run into a problem , let the knife sit while the back of the brain percolated, sometimes very slowly, then come to a solution and take another step forward. And he patiently waited for the completed dagger. It is finally finished.
The dagger is 15 inches long. The blade steel is Delbert Ealy ladder pattern damascus. The guard, spacer and pommel nut are the same damascus. The fluted handle is Elforyn, a man made ivory out of Denmark. Slightly softer than real ivory but very close in look and feel. The wire is twisted silver. It is fully double edged.

Takefu Suminagashi Amber Stag Dagger
Takefu Suminagashi is a Japanese layered steel consisting of 11 layers per side of low carbon non hardenable contrasting steels with a 1.5mm thick layer of Japanese
'White Paper" steel in the center. White Paper steel is one of the best of the Japanese knife steels.
This dagger uses the Takefu as the blade steel then adds a set of gorgeous Amber Stag handles on to the tapered tang. The blade is deep hollw ground using a 2 inch grinding wheel and then lightly etched to bring out the layers. Over time the layers will become even more pronounced. The knife is 10 inches overall length and comes with the custom leather sheath as shown.
Black Betty Dagger
This 8 1/2" dagger has a fully tapered 440C blade with 416 bolsters and carbon fibre handles. The sheath is handmade by the maker of predyed leather.
BC Bound Dagger
This was a custom build dagger heading out to the wilds of British Columbia. The dagger is 440C blade 416 guard and ironwood handle. The customer wanted a snap sheath so thats what he got. The knife is 1 1/2 inches overall.

This dagger features 8" of Matt Walker damascus with damascus bolsters and mammoth ivory handle. It comes in a custom made all leather sheath.

Daggers of the North
Two daggers inspired by Mr Loveless Riverside dagger. The black handled one is truly unique, the handle material is Baleen, in other words the tooth plate from a whale. Absolutely beautiful stuff with a depth that has to be seen to be appreciated. The black dagger is 10" long overall, with a 5" blade. The blade is 440C and the double guard is 416. The other has as its handle material the interior of a walrus tusk. Great character to this material almost looks like a white marble. This one is also 10" long with a 5" blade. 440C blade material and 416 guard. Both come with the hand made leather sheath as shown. Each dagger is $400.
